Empower is second largest record keeping company. They have 73,000+ plans associated. I work under Money Out value stream that focuses on money processed out of the company. The complete backend process of a participant requesting money out of his account is handled. We work in creating frontend for operations to handle the transaction calls for customers and design backend.

Loans, cash withdrawal and plans related to 401K retirement, 403B is handled. Sometimes when a disbursement is processed the cash checks would not have got tracked properly.

Frontend design may not be easy for operations to use ,as they use EASY system that is designed by us.

AGILE METHODOLOGY AND CLIENT DELIVERY
The Scrum team prioritized product backlog items. Sprint one focused on requirements analysis and solution design, followed by development, unit testing, and QA validation. Post-QA, the product was refined based on stakeholder feedback before final release. Rigorous post-release monitoring ensured optimal product performance.
